Tiba Restaurant in Erfurt

We ordered from Tibas today. We ordered mixed grill plates, they weren't really on the menu. Our special requests were more than friendly. Delivery was quick and the food was really excellent. Freshly prepared, a delight in terms of taste and super seasoned. A little excursion into oriental cuisine. We will recommend you! 😊

I ordered the first and last time! The food is delicious, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My husband and I ordered for collection over the phone. My husband got the food! When he got home the hummus described in the menu was missing, which I paid for in the end and didn't receive it! When I called to complain, the man wanted to blame my husband and said my husband had forgotten 🤔I'm a joke! Isn't it up to the seller, owner or employee that the order is complete !? I was asked if we would be able to come, which I denied. I was offered the driver to bring it ... we are still waiting !! This is absolutely an impossible business practice! That's not how you make customers! Getting rich at the expense of others is the last thing!

Super nice people. We were there on a Sunday during the Covid-19 restrictions. Actually, you probably didn't expect guests, but they started the oven for us and served delicious falafel. The price-performance ratio is impressive. We would love to come back.

I would have a sea bream which was very good. I thought the portion was a bit small - I didn't get enough. Still okay for 10 euros. The side salad was a little careless and not so good.

Well, yes .... The facility is still that of the Asian operator. The music is cruel, sounds like an Arab funeral. There are also fabulous Arabic sounds. To eat: There were three of us, my wife, my vegetarian friend and me. The waiters / operators are very friendly but unfortunately unprofessional, which starts with the clothes ... The drink selection is VERY lean. There is no wine at all. Unfortunately, they only have beer in mini bottles without alcohol. I got it at room temperature, it doesn't work !! My wife and friend wanted a cappuccino, unfortunately there was none. Mineral water is only carbonated. My wife's vegetable plate was still the best, if a little bland. My friend's sea bream was full of bones and spicy. Not a hit either! My lamb skewers were unfortunately only 10 small pieces of meat without skewers. You missed the cooking point too, unfortunately too well done. Any Greek would do better. The side dishes are sparse, half a handful of fries ... The salad consists mainly of cucumber tosses, a little green stuff and no dressing. The homemade eggplant cream was a real treat. When asked about the bland seasoning, we got the answer: You can still season yourself. Gladly, but how if there isn't even salt or pepper at the table ...? The moderate prices are adjusted to the portions, the waiters are hard-working and friendly, so I gave it 2 stars. In general, everything could be improved! However, I got the suspicion that the operators actually don't want Europeans in their restaurant.

During our short trip to Erfurt we ate very well and cheaply with 10 people in the "Tiba". The most important thing: the food was fresh and delicious! We were very impressed by the hospitality and friendliness in the service! In addition to the food we ordered, we also received a generous selection of bread dips and other samples from the kitchen. We all agreed that we can fully recommend the "Tiba"!

At lunchtime, I wanted to go out to dinner with friends, the door was also wide open, but no guests and no host to see. Even after several shouts no one came, we could hear someone in the kitchen. Then we just left again. Unfortunately I can not say anything about the food. But the service is expandable. You should already know, if guests are in the restaurant.
